Meetings and Conferences

The Club is unique venue, well-suited to the needs of business meetings and conferences. We have 2 great rooms to choose from, and we can cater from 10 to 120 people.
 

Our clubhouse benefits from a quiet atmosphere and is set in beautiful surroundings, in contrast to busy hotel facilities, but is conveniently located (with ample, free parking), just 8 miles from Central London. The patio and garden allow you to take in fresh air during breaks, whilst providing great views over the golf course.

Every event has its own requirement and budget. We can help you plan your own, just the way you want it and we will provide you with a personalised quote.

A senior member of staff is always on hand to address your needs.

We offer simple room-based hire rates, rather than delegate-based rates, which our customers find well priced and most cost-effective.

 Our facilities include:

• Main Hall: Theatre layout 120, Classroom 80, Boardroom 50
• Randolph Room: Theatre 50, Classroom 30, Boardroom 24
• Projection facilities
• PA system
• Lectern
• Flip chart and markers
• Free parking, for up to 75 cars

We can provide appropriate catering for your event (charges additional to room hire), for example;

• Morning refreshments with optional baked pastries
• Mid morning tea & coffee with biscuits
• Lunch (as required and agreed)
• Afternoon tea & coffee with a selection of cakes
• Still and sparkling water

After your event, by agreement, you may make use of our main bar.

Lying in a natural river valley and only moments from the A40 Western avenue, 

From M25 Junction 16

• EXIT M25 Junction 16 on to M40/A40 to London
• EXIT A40 at Perivale. Turn right at lights onto B456 to Ealing
• At 2nd set of lights turn left into Perivale Lane. The golf course is at the end of the lane.

From London A40 Oxford

• Under tunnel beneath Hanger Lane Gyratory System
•  EXIT A40 at Perivale opposite Hoover Building
• At traffic lights, turn left onto B456 to Ealing
• At 1st set of lights, turn left into Perivale Lane. The golf course is at the end of the lane.
