Conference flexibility and exclusivity

Trinity House offers conference organisers exceptional flexibility. Catering for smaller meetings and board meetings through to large scale conferences, the layout and proximity of the five Trinity House rooms ensures that every size of meeting can be accommodated: small meetings with as few as 10 people to larger scale conferences of up to 120.
All of the five, differently- sized rooms interconnect so that each room can be used individually or in combination providing options for break- out rooms, refreshments and lunch  facilities. 
Trinity House can also be hired exclusively to ensure absolute privacy and to enable guests and delegates to fully enjoy the house and take full advantage of its features.

In a bid to remove some of the stress of event planning from your shoulders we have prepared an off the shelf catering package in conjunction with one of our many trusted suppliers.

Of course you are welcome to make your own bespoke arrangements and we would be very happy to discuss assisting you with this too.
Ideal as a Corporate Events Venue in Central London, Trinity House offers flexibility for a range of business events from private board meetings and conferences to formal banqueting. The two larger rooms, The Library and The Court Room both offer adjoining ‘break out’ rooms where tea and coffee can be served under the gaze of illustrious former Masters of the House.  Unusually for a Corporate Events Venue in Central London, the south facing rooms feature high wide windows which flood the space with natural light and offer sweeping views of the historic Tower of London and Trinity Square Gardens.  To assist meeting planners, Trinity House has teamed up with a leading Corporate Events caterer to present a sample conference package incorporating venue hire, event planner, buffet lunch and three sessions of coffee/tea, staff, service equipment, table linen and glassware, and a full AV support package.

Trinity House stands behind a cobbled and railed courtyard looking out on to the elegant Trinity Square Gardens and its memorials.

Whilst the tranquil atmosphere of The House effortlessly separates it from the activity of the capital’s financial area, Trinity House enjoys all the advantages of proximity to the City of London and its transport links.

It is situated just a short walk from Tower Hill underground station with Aldgate and Monument underground stations along with The DLR station at Tower Gateway, also within walking distance while major rail links are just a  tube or cab ride away.
