Our stunning, 16th century converted wedding barn is the most perfect and romantic wedding venue in Essex. 

Set in the rural retreat of the countryside around North Essex, our wedding barn is also easily accessible from Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Kent and the Greater London areas. Located in Sudbury, on the borders of Suffolk and Essex, Smeetham Hall has been the Hyde Parker family residence since 1906. Although still a working farm, Smeetham Hall is considered one of the leading wedding venues in Essex and is widely known for its wedding barn and beautiful, picturesque grounds.

Lying to the South West of Sudbury, and accessed via Kitchen Hill, Finch Hill or Sudbury Road, Bulmer. Nearest railway station is Sudbury, only about 45 km from London Stansted Airport
