From the Train Station it's a pleasant 10-12 minute stroll. Starting from the train station cross the one-way system and walk down Fife Road - you'll reach the side of the Bentall Centre. Walk left then right  round to the Bentall Centre's main entrance, then cross pedestrianised Clarence St into Memorial Square. Walk past 'Accessorise' on your left handside and into the Marketplace. Continue on through the market place and over the Clattern Bridge at the far end, along the High Street to the Rose.

By Car

Kingston town centre is largely pedestrianised. A one way system is in operation in Kingston and this can be extremely busy during peak traffic periods. Please leave yourself plenty of time when driving to the Rose Theatre. The nearest parking is the Rose Car Park which is open until midnight, the entrance to which is on East Lane (KT1 2NN). As the Rose is a new building and not yet recognised by older Satnav systems, those not wishing to park should using the following postcode: KT1 1LB (Kingston Police Station).

If you are attending an evening performance, as long as you enter the car park after 5.30 you will only pay £2 for the whole evening (normally at least £3 depending on duration of stay). To take advantage of this offer, you need to present your entry ticket at the Box Office before the show begins. We will charge the discounted fee and issue an exit ticket. Anything presented to Rose Theatre staff after this time may not be accepted and full car park fees will be applicable.

By Coach

There are two different types of Coach parking bays in Kingston. The majority of these are Coach Stops which allow Buses or Coaches to set down or pick up passengers. These bays are free of charge but some have a maximum stay period.

The other type of bay is a Coach Stand where coaches may park for long stay periods. Charges apply at Coach Stands and the permitted hours, maximum stay times and charges are indicated on the nearby sign plates and on the adjacent pay & display machine.
