Welcome to the Queens Club
Established in 1886, The Queen’s Club was the first multipurpose sports complex ever to be built, anywhere in the world. It was named after Queen Victoria, its first patron, and is widely renowned as one of the premier Lawn Tennis and Racquets clubs in the world.
Along with first class sporting facilities the Club also offers excellent entertaining and dining facilities, including an elegant restaurant, cafe, museum, and the President's Room, all of which are located within the Members' Clubhouse. The overall setting is both tranquil and charming.
This, together with the array of rackets sports available, is why The Queen's Club remains one of the most coveted memberships in the country.
Throughout its history, the Club has been an exceptional sporting venue, and today hosts the world famous Aegon Championships, the World Rackets Championships, leading Real Tennis events, including the British Open and from 2009 The ATCO Super Series Squash Finals.
Location
The Queen’s Club is conveniently located in the heart of West Kensington. The Club benefits from close transport links via both road and public transport, and only minutes walk from Kensington Olympia, Hammersmith, Barons Court, West Kensington, Earls Court, and West Brompton underground stations! The area is well served by major trunk roads:A4, A205, A315, A3218, and A219.
