As you enter Metro, you are transported from the high street into a unique, stylish venue, filled with soft lighting and rustic furnishings. The beautiful garden areas offer the quintessential al fresco dining experience. This private outdoor location provides the perfect backdrop for daytime or evening events. The gardens sit between the monastery and St Mary’s Church, nestled underneath the stained glass windows and exposed brick, which at night get lit-up with hundreds of twinkly lights and candles.

Serving delicious modern European cuisine, the Metro chef’s create bespoke menus for every season, every couple, and every budget. Set menus with seasonal ingredients, delicate canapés, bowl food, two or three courses, are available for wedding parties of any size. If the traditional a la carte menu is not for you, Metro often plays host to a meaty BBQ, a delightful afternoon tea or a buffet style affair.
