Event catering is provided by EastTwenty Events, based at The Podium, who have created a range of seasonal menus and drinks lists to suit every occasion including:

The ArcelorMittal Orbit can accommodate up to 250 guests standing, or approximately 180 seated. The Podium events space that can host meetings and events for up to 220 standing or 90 seated with a versatile range of seating options. Events at the Podium can be paired with VIP tours of the ArcelorMittal Orbit during opening hours.
The ArcelorMittal Orbit has hosted many national and international news and entertainment broadcasts, most notably on the BBC. The ArcelorMittal Orbit has already been chosen as the venue for a number of corporate events, including occasions hosted by the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson. Our team is happy to work with you on your individual requirements.
Filming and photography
We work with Film London and are happy to accommodate filming requests from producers of Hollywood blockbusters, small budget independent films, news broadcasts or one-off photo shoots. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Location and Travel Arrangements
Travelling to the ArcelorMittal Orbit is very easy – Stratford is the best connected station in London, with fast links to all areas of the capital, the region and Europe. Travelling by Underground, you can reach Stratford from the City in just 11 minutes, or 19 minutes from London’s West End.
Stratford Underground Station is served by the Central and Jubilee Lines, London Overground services and the Docklands Light Railway. In addition over 14 bus routes stop nearby.
From European destinations you can arrive by rail at Stratford International Station (via Ebbsfleet International) or by Southeastern high speed train from St Pancras International. St Pancras International is six minutes away by high speed train.

There are cycle stands near the base of the ArcelorMittal Orbit.
Coach parking is available on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and are located on the ground floor of the Multi-Storey Car Park in the north end of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, just off Waterden Road. All coach bookings are subject to a booking free of £1.50. To book call 020 8536 2721 or email firstname.lastname@example.org between 08:00 – 17:00. Bookings must be made 72 hours in advance of arrival.
London City Airport is just over three miles away, and can be reached in 14 minutes by DLR.
Direct coaches to Stansted airport leave from Meridian Square. There are direct trains to Southend Airport from Stratford, and Heathrow, Luton and Gatwick are easily accessible via tube and National Rail

Parking near this location
The ArcelorMittal Orbit does not have a visitor car park. Nearby there are two independently operated, chargeable car parks: Stratford multi-storey car park has 588 parking spaces and is located off Great Eastern Road (postcode: E15 1BB); and Westfield Stratford City car park with 5000 spaces.
